CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES 
1 lb. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
1 bottle cherries
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cake paraffin wax

Combine first 5 ingredients and knead. Press small circle flat in the palm of your hand. Fold around 1 individual cherry.

Melt chocolate chips and wax. Dip covered cherry into chocolate. Set on wax paper. Store in tightly covered container. These should be made 1-2 months before you need them. This gives them time to "season".
