MOM'S SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
5 cloves garlic
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. pimento
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. shrimp
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. bread crumbs
1 can of mushroom soup

Saute onions, peppers, celery and garlic in butter. Add parsley and pimento. Add soup and stir well. Add seafood and rice. Pour in greased casserole. Top with 1 cup bread crumbs which have been tossed in 2 tbsp. butter. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
