SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon
1/8 c. minced onion
1/8 minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1 c. cracker crumbs
Milk

Drain salmon, reserving liquid. Flake salmon in bowl. Add onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme and cracker crumbs. Mix lightly. Add enough milk to liquid to make 1/2 cup. Add liquid and egg to salmon, mix lightly. Form into patties and fry on medium heat in lightly oiled pan until brown on both sides and mixture is set.
