1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 unbaked 8" pie shell
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. cornmeal
3 eggs, beaten

Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in eggs, mix thoroughly. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
