RAISIN CAKE 
3 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs (separated)
3 1/4 c flour, take out 1 c. to coat raisins
2 c. sugar
Dash salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 boxes raisins (musket or reg. raisins)

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add egg yolks (one at a time) until mixed good. Add 2 1/4 cups flour until blended good. Add vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Add raisins that have been mixed with 1 cup flour. Put in tube pan. Bake 300 degrees for 2 hours.
