SPINACH BALLS | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed 2 c. stuffing mix 2 1/2 c. diced onions 6 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. black pepper 1 tbsp. Accent 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. thyme Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Shape into balls using a heaping teaspoonful of mixture. Place on cookie sheets and freeze thoroughly. Thaw for 1 hour before baking for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
