SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & well drained
2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
2 lg. onions, chopped
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. black pepper

Mix all ingredients. Roll into small balls. Freeze on cookie sheet. Pack in plastic bags and return to freezer. Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
