BAKED EGGS IN HASH CUPS 
1 can hash
Eggs, 1 per person
Catsup
Bread crumbs
Grated cheese
Butter

Butter small souffle cups. Press hash evenly on bottom and sides of dish. Spread catsup over hash and bake until hash is bubbly. Break 1 egg into each hash cup. Sprinkle with cheese or bread crumbs. Place 1 pat of butter on each egg. Bake approximately 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Delicious with hot biscuits.
