SPECIAL POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hashed brown potatoes
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream, soup, onion and butter in bowl; mix well. Spoon into 9"x13" baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 15 servings.
