SPECIAL SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. potatoes, sliced
Salt to taste
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
Ham chunks
1 chopped onion
1 c. or more grated cheddar cheese

Put potatoes, ham and onion in greased casserole. Salt. Heat soup, cream cheese and milk together in saucepan until thoroughly blended. Add cheese. Pour over potatoes, ham and onion. Add more cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. This freezes well. Inexpensive and yummy!
