OYSTER CASSEROLE 
1 pt. stewing oysters
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper
Cracker crumbs (I use Ritz)
1 egg, beaten

Butter 2-quart casserole. Layer with half the oysters, dot with butter, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with cracker crumbs. Repeat all layers. Pour egg over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
