SPECIAL WALDORF SALAD 
1 unpeeled chopped yellow apple
1 or 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 unpeeled chopped red apple
1 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
3 tbsp. raisins
1/4 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves

Toss apples in lemon juice, add remaining ingredients except lettuce and mix well. Cover - chill at least 1 hour. Serve on lettuce leaves. Yield: 6 servings - 1 serving = 80 calories.
