PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 5 slices white bread Cream butter with 1 cup sugar. Add 4 eggs (one at a time), mixing well after each one. Add pineapple (drained). Mix above ingredients well and then add 5 slices bread, cubed. Place into buttered casserole and cook covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
