MOCK PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. butter, melted
4 slices bread, cubed
3 eggs

Beat eggs in baking dish. Add flour, pineapple and sugar. Melt butter and add cubed bread. Pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Tastes great with ham or pork chops.
