PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained 5-6 slices white bread (remove crust & cube) Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs; fold in pineapple and bread. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes (or until top is golden brown). Can be served as a side dish or dessert. |
