1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1 env. taco seasoning
4 oz. green peppers
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
3 tomatoes (sliced)
1 c. cheese (Cheddar)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Brown beef and onion. Stir in taco mix. Spread in pie plate. Top with peppers.

Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth and pour into plate. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake another 8-10 minutes. Top with your favorite taco toppings.
