ORIENTAL MICROWAVE CHICKEN 
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. cranapple juice
1/3 c. seedless raisins

In 1 1/2 quart microwave dish, combine cornstarch, brown sugar, oregano, garlic, oil, soy sauce, cranapple juice, and raisins.

Cut chicken breasts into chunks and add to sauce. Cover. Microwave on high 12 minutes. Stir after 6 minutes.

Serve with rice. Makes 3-4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
