1 egg yolk
Little salt
1 c. Wesson oil

Beat egg real hard and then add a little at a time the Wesson oil. This can be thinned with lemon juice or vinegar. For a sweet dressing, add a little sugar and sweet cream. For Thousand Island dressing, add 1 pepper, chili sauce and pimento.
