GREEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped parsley
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 c. chopped green onion tops

Cook rice according to package directions. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into large casserole. Bake, covered, for one hour at 350 degrees.
