SUPER FAST BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
1 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
2 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and milk; pour evenly over butter. Combine berries, sugar and water; spoon evenly over flour mixture. Do not stir. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

NOTE: If using all-purpose flour, sift 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt with flour.
