SHRIMP AND PASTA SALAD 
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. frozen shrimp, cooked
3 c. cooked pasta (pasta ruffles)
1 (16 oz.) can pears, drained
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 lb. seedless grapes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. Catalina salad dressing

1. Follow package directions to defrost shrimp.

2. In medium bowl combine pasta, shrimp, pears, pineapple, grapes, celery and onion. Cover, refrigerate several hours or overnight.

3. Just before serving toss with salt, pepper and Catalina dressing. Serve over a bed of lettuce and garnish with additional grapes.
