VEGETABLE SANDWICH SPREAD 
2 med. cucumbers
2 carrots
1 green pepper
3 spring onions or 1 sm. onion
1 env. plain gelatin
1 c. mayonnaise

Grind first four ingredients in food processor. Then let them drain well, saving liquid. Soak gelatin in 3 or more teaspoons vegetable juice. Melt over hot water and add to vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Fold in mayonnaise. Chill overnight. Makes 3-4 cups.
