HEART HEALTHY GRILLED HAMBURGERS 
1 1/4 lb. leanest ground meat
1/2 medium onion (pureed in food processor)
1 clove fresh garlic (pureed with onion)
1 to 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
grill seasoning, to taste (Weber's)

Mix all ingredients together. Form into four patties. Place in refrigerator for at least two hours.

Grill to your liking, these burgers are so juicy that you can cook them well done.

Serve on toasted French hamburger rolls with condiments of your choice.

You have taken a lean hamburger and added the good fats for a fabulous burger!
