HONEY PUMPKIN PIE 
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
2 1/2 tbsp. tapioca
1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
