1 c. honey
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Dash of nutmeg

Bring honey to a boil. Quickly add beaten eggs. Add butter, vanilla, pecans and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until filling is set.
