VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. bread crumbs, soaked in 3/4 c. melted butter
1 can mushroom soup

Cook vegetables, add cubed cheese and rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir half way through baking time.
