SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 c. bacon, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes
1/4 c. rice, cooked
1 tbsp. worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Clean, shell and devein shrimp. Fry bacon until lightly brown. Add onion, celery and green pepper; cook until tender. Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes until rice is tender, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp; heat.
