SOUR CREAM PASTRY 
6 tbsp. butter, chilled
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
5 tbsp. sour cream

Mix together butter, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar until like corn meal. Stir in sour cream until holds together. Press into a flat round and wrap; chill for at least 1 hour. Roll out on floured board. Cut into strips and make lattice top for cobblers. Brush with milk and a little sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees until light brown and fruit is thickened, approximately 1 hour.
