1/2 c. butter, cut in sm. pieces, softened
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. ice water

In medium bowl with fork combine all ingredients. With generously floured hands knead mixture in bowl 3 minutes or until smooth. Chill while preparing filling.
