Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan with 1 package crescent dinner rolls.

2 pkg. (8 oz.) of cream cheese
1 c. sugar

Add lemon flavoring or any flavoring you want to experiment with.

1 egg yolk

Pour filling on top of dinner rolls. Cover with another package of dinner rolls. Beat egg whites until frothy. Brush over top layer. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Bake about 15 minutes or until filling is set and rolls are nicely browned.
