3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. honey
1 c. strong coffee
1/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Beat eggs, oil, honey and coffee together. Add sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees, 1 hour. This recipe makes a very large sheet cake or 3 small loaves. Freezes well.
