SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter. Add onion and saute. Add corn, milk, crumbs, eggs and seasoning. Mix. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
