SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (#2) can (2 1/2 c.) corn any style
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. pimentos (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. butter

Combine whole kernel corn and 3/4 cup milk if cream style, 1/2 cup milk. Add crumbs, onions, pepper and seasonings. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole dish. Dot with butter. Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
