BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli
1 head cauliflower
6-8 oz. sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 lb. tomatoes
1 can black olives, halved
1 red onion, chopped
1 bottle Italian dressing (I like Henri's Herb Italian)

Cut flowerets of cauliflower and broccoli and blanch 1 minute. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour entire bottle of dressing over salad and toss. Refrigerate.
