CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
4 chicken breasts
Arnold Stuffing Mix

Boil chicken for 15 minutes, saving broth. Cool chicken completely and remove from bone, cut up into chunks. Heat can of soup and sour cream thoroughly in saucepan. Place chicken in casserole, pour soup mixture over chicken. Spread stuffing mix over top of casserole, pour one cup of saved broth over stuffing mix. Heat in 350 oven for 20 minutes or until bubbles appear around edge of casserole.
