MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 lb. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Crush crackers finely and add melted butter and sugar. Press firmly into 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Reserve some of the crumbs mixture for garnish. Blend thawed orange juice and milk. Stir in whipped topping and oranges. Fold in. Do not beat. Pour mixture into crust. Top with reserved crumbs.
