THREE HOUR POTATO ROLLS 
3 c. flour
2 sm. sized potatoes
1/2 c. lard
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 yeast cake
1 egg

Cook potatoes and mash. Sift flour, add lard, potatoes, salt, sugar, dissolved yeast and egg. Then add enough milk to work into dough. Set and let rise two hours. Mix and work again, make into rolls. Bake in a moderate oven for twenty minutes.
