1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
