SQUAW KETCHUP 
12 lg. tomatoes
1 sm. red pepper
4 apples
4 onions
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
3 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar

Chop fine tomatoes, pepper, and onions; boil until thickens. Chop apples separately; add 1/2 hour before done. Add spices when sauce is nearly done.
