BUNDT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding (sm.)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 bar German sweet chocolate

Grease and flour Bundt pan. Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, water, eggs and sour cream. Add chips and grated chocolate bar. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cheese, add powdered sugar, vanilla, pecans. Frost. Makes a lot. Can use 1/2 batch.
