APPLE BUNDT CAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat until foamy the eggs and salad oil. Add vanilla. Sift together and add to above: 2 c. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt

Mix well. Batter will be stiff. Add 4 diced cooking apples and 1 cup nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in greased and floured bundt pan.

FROSTING:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Beat with mixer until smooth or in food processor
