SAUCY APPLE SWIRL BUNDT CAKE 
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 2/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
3 eggs

Blend sugar and cinnamon. Grease 10-inch bundt pan and dust with about 1 tablespoon of cinnamon mixture; save rest for cake. Blend cake mix, applesauce and eggs until moistened; beat as directed on package. Reserve 1 1/2 cups batter. Pour remaining batter into pan. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon- sugar, then top with reserved batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until done. Cool cake in pan, top side up, for 15 minutes. Then invert on plate.
