BUNDT COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil

Mix sugar, nuts, and cinnamon, in a small bowl. Grease bundt pan heavily, coat with small bowl of mixture. Blend the rest of the ingredients. Alternate the remaining sugar cinnamon mixture and the cake mixture (3 to 4) layers. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes on rack or bottle. Turn out of pan on rack. Let cool somewhat. Wrap while still WARM. Wrap in foil 3 to 4 days before serving.
