RHUBARB BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. salad oil 1 egg 1 c. sour milk 1 tsp. each salt, baking soda & vanilla 3 c. flour 1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb TOPPING: 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. butter Mix all ingredients in order listed. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Blend topping, sprinkle over batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes or until bread tests done. Do not over bake. |
