CREAM CHEESE BARS 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz. each) containers cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Unroll 1 package crescent rolls; lay them side by side in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg yolk, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Spread mixture over the top of crescent rolls. Top with other package of crescent rolls. Beat egg whites and spread on top. Mix 1/2 cup nuts, 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top, then bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
