DAIRY LAND BARS 
BARS:

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. oatmeal

FILLING:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

FROSTING:

2/3 c. chocolate bits
1/3 c. filling
3 tbsp. milk

BARS: Beat butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla until blended. Add flour, soda, salt and oatmeal. Spread in ungreased 15"x10" jelly roll pan.

FILLING: Beat condensed milk, cream cheese, vanilla until smooth. Reserve 1/3 cup. Spread rest over crust. Spread on nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING: Heat chocolate bits and 1/3 cup filling. Add milk to mixture until thin enough to pour. Drizzle on top when bars come out of oven. Cut in bars. Keep refrigerated.
