PEACH KUCHEN 
2 lbs. peaches, peeled & sliced
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 c. sour cream

In large bowl combine flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and baking powder. Cut in butter until mealy. Remove 1/3 of flour mixture to a small bowl. Pat remaining flour mixture over bottom and sides of 9" square pan. Add peaches to crust or flour mixture.

In a small bowl combine remaining sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; remove 1 tablespoon of this mixture and combine with flour mixture (1/3). Pour sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg mixture over peaches.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. In a small bowl beat egg, add sour cream, beat. Pour over peaches, sprinkle reserved flour and spice mixture over sour cream topping. Bake 20 or 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm.
