PEACH KUCHEN (COFFEE CAKE) 
2 c. flour
1 stick butter (oleo)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. can peaches
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix flour, butter, salt and baking powder. Pat into pan. Drain peaches and pour over mixture. Over peaches pour the sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add 1/2 pint of whipping cream (do not beat) with 2 egg yolks. Pour over peaches. Bake again for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
