CHICKEN SUMI SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. chicken flavor Top Ramen
1 sm. head cabbage (and - or lettuce), chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 can drained mandarin oranges (save juice)
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 c. cooked, shredded chicken, chilled

Remove flavor packet from Top Ramen and reserve for dressing (recipe follows). Crunch noodles into 1/2 inch pieces; set aside. Toss cabbage, onions, almonds, sesame seeds, mandarin oranges and chicken. Add noodles and toss again.

DRESSING:

Ramen flavor packet
1/4 c. oil or sesame oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. mandarin juice

Mix in small jar and pour over salad just before serving. Serves 8.
