CHICKEN SUMI SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored Top Ramon
1 sm. head cabbage or lettuce
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 c. shredded, cooked, and chilled chicken
4 green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar

Remove flavor packet from Ramon package and keep for dressing. Crush Ramon noodles in 1/2 inch pieces. Set aside. Toss together cabbage, onions, almonds, sesame seeds, and chicken. Add noodles and toss again. Just before serving, add dressing and toss again.

Dressing: Blend flavor packet, oil, vinegar, and sugar in bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before using.
